			Customer Testimonials To Whom It May Concern, On 21 June 2007 about 11PM, I went down to our lower level to check on a load of wash. I was shocked by what I found. Water in the carpet in our family room down there squished up between my toes; and in the washroom adjacent to the family room, water was flowing over the edge of the washing machine onto the floor. Since Sears had been here earlier that day to replace a part on the washing machine, I naturally immediately called Sears for help; however, they couldn't send anyone out until the next day. Because I was so upset, Sears called Midwest Flood Restoration who advertises 24/7 service in the phone book. Mike Cahill received the call, and he and his crew showed up promptly and worked until after 2AM moving furniture, extracting water, and placing fans to finish drying out the areas. It impressed me that they were courteous, fast, and not at all disgruntled at being called out at that time of night. Throughout this entire ordeal, Mike made sure that everything was done right and handled in a professional and timely manner. Since my husband had passed away just six days before all this happened, he even went out of his way to make some necessary phone calls for me regarding other aspects of the flood claim; and on top of all that, he brought a lovely mass card to our family and always tried to make their work as convenient as possible to our family's schedule. I definitely would recommend hiring Midwest Flood Restoration for any problems you might have. Mike and his crew truly were a godsend that night because by morning the water would have spread even further. By immediately responding to our problem, they also lessened the chance of a bigger problem with mold.
